D&RG station at Cumbres, New Mexico built by L. Smith of Australia with an additional covered waiting area.  Adding a sign and a few other details makes this "Joe's Bar & Grill".  The change would be even more graphic with a few picnic tables under the covered area.  Buildings can often be changed for different uses.
